It was freedom at last after Peter had taken that bold step and told the men at a breakfast meeting that he no longer believed that people who don’t believe in Jesus Christ will go to eternal hell. He had been asked to speak at a Christian Men’s Breakfast in Yangon, Myanmar. What they didn’t know was that Peter had been secretly having serious doubts about his Christian religion. This meeting was the beginning of a journey to freely research and discover the truth about his religion, then leave Christianity and move on to a new spirituality.

I Left Christianity recounts Peter’s journey from his youth to the present and the events, discoveries and experiences that influenced him to leave. And there were the painful repercussions of leaving.
