Rosa Hernandez has always loved ice skating, but it wasn't exactly popular in her oh-so-hot hometown of Miami, Florida. When her mom's job transfers the family to Chicago, Rosa's ready to bring it on, and training at the top rink in town is a perfect way to make new friends. It's smooth skating for Rosa until she meets ice-cold Jacqui Darcy, the reigning superstar, who doesn't look kindly on the competition. With Jacqui freezing her out, Rosa finds herself on thin ice.
