Following the success of his bestselling book, Interval Weight Loss, Dr Nick Fuller is back with more practical advice to help you lose weight using his research-based approach.

In Interval Weight Loss Dr Fuller explained we all have a set weight at which our bodies feel most comfortable, and those who go on fad diets often end up regaining the kilos they’ve lost – hence the expression ‘battle of the bulge’.

In this companion book Dr Fuller takes you, stage by stage, through the process of convincing your body it’s at a new optimal weight so that you become slimmer and stay that way. And he answers all the questions readers have asked him, such as:

‘How should I kick-start the process?’
‘What should I do if I find my weight plateauing?’
‘Do I need to avoid certain foods?’
‘What should I do now that I’m at my goal weight?’

Filled with new nutritious recipes, and helpful, no-nonsense advice, Interval Weight Loss for Life provides you with the essential information that has enabled thousands of people to lose weight and keep it off.

So, if you’re feeling battle-weary and are about to give up, then put down the latest celebrity diet you’re reading and arm yourself with this book. The battle of the bulge is almost over.

Still working my way through the book. Easy to read and makes so much sense. This book is full of facts that other books forget to inform about. Always thought my set point for weight existed . This book helps you to reset your set point without all the yoyoing of your weight.

I couldn’t put this book down. Not only did I enjoy the read but I am this exact person! The obsessive dieter... everyone should read this book. It’s not just about weight loss but health. I actually read both the interval weightloss books and learnt a lot from both of them. I’ve also made some summary notes that keep me on track with the interval plan that I have started implementing

This is such a fantastic book! It goes into detail about the body’s biological processes to fight fad dieting and how to overcome those to lose and keep weight off for life. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has been stuck on the dieting treadmill for the better part of their life and wants to make real changes to the way they feel and look.

Everything that Dr Fuller says about dieting making us fatter makes perfect sense; I know from my own experience that this is true. I lost 20kgs at the beginning of the year on the juice diet and within a few months of finishing the diet, I’m 24kgs heavier than when I started.
The technique described in this book sounds like it’s easy to follow, so I am confident it will really help me lose the weight and keep it off, just in time for summer!

I saw this author on ABC Catalyst and he raised some very important points during the show on type 2 diabetes. I just finished reading and I typically do review books. I'm an overweight middle-aged male that has tried diets, but as pointed out in this science I've ended up bigger each time. I'm conscious of not developing disease relating to my weight, like type 2 diabetes. I encourage you all to read because I'm not the only middle-aged man that will put my hand up and say I'm concerned about my weight and health.
