"Jin Shan Qi Qing: The Romance of Farmer Dafu Kim in Trilogy Two" is the second trilogy by author Haige Huang to describe the Chinese city life after opening-up to the outside society - the rapid economic development also results in steep social attitude change toward money. A country farmer Dafu Kim migrated to a Jin Wan city to search for his abducted wife and daughter. Like many migrant worker, he initially had a difficult time to adjust to the city life and had to survive through garbage picking. Due to luck, he gained favor with some rich women who helped him to form his own start-up which quickly developed into a multimillion dollar company. As he got rich, he became of target of his ex-mistress and other business rivals. The backstabbing made him stumbled badly and he almost went bankrupt. Eventually, with the help his lover, he prevailed in the fight. After winning, however, he had a whole new perspective regarding the meaning of life and made a defining decision on his own fate.
