This kettlebell training book is awesome from the first page to the last. This is one of the best books I have ever had. I read this book and applied the techniques inside of it. In one month, I lost 3 pounds of my weight. I was so happy and told to my family and friends about the result. Now I become so confidence to my new body shape.

I like this book it gives a lot of good plans and workouts. Its guidance is good. I would suggest this to any beginner or advanced training. Im gonna use it to help advance some of my clients with their kettlebell journey.
