Dr Karen Morley helps leaders to realise their full potential.
Karen has held executive roles in government and higher education, and her experience informs her approach. She’s a registered Psychologist with a desire to align what leaders do with the available evidence for what works.
Karen works with executives and human resource leaders from a range of different organisations to help their leaders fulfil their potential, to make leadership more inclusive, and to help grow the coaching capability of their leaders. She has a Master of Psychology, an MBA, and a PhD in Leadership and is an Honorary Fellow of the University of Melbourne and a Director of ANZSOG.
In 2015, Karen published Gender Balanced Leadership: An Executive Guide, and she regularly blogs on coaching, leadership, diversity and inclusion. Karen Chairs the board of Emerge Women and Children’s Support Network which assists women and children affected by domestic violence.
