The best leaders know that the secret to successful leadership lies in earning the respect of the others; leading through fear will never provide your followers with the motivation they need to assist you in reaching any target.

Do you want to feel more in control of your life?

Do you want to feel more confident, and have a higher sense of self-esteem?

Do you want to exert more influence on those around you, whether in your personal, romantic or work life?

Are you in a position of leadership in some area of your life, but don't feel fully equipped to take on the responsibility?

Do you want to know EXACTLY how YOU can become a more effective leader?

There are a lot of things that a good leader should be. Aside from excelling in his or her field of choice, it is just as important to have excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional quotient in order to deal with people of different personalities. Being persuasive, confident, and flexible are some other traits that a good leader should possess.

Just some of the questions and topics covered include:

Honest and Integrity

Goal-Oriented Thinking

Communication Skills

Inspiring Others

Motivating Others

And Much, Much More!

Instead of putting up with your mundane lifestyle, take a step into the shoes of successful leaders and become one. This book tells you how this can happen and where you need to start. The qualities that we have described in the book are those that set normal people apart from extraordinary people. If you would rather turn the other way and continue doing what you do, then this won't be the book for you. However, if you are fed up with watching as others reap all of the rewards, then this book can show you the qualities you need and explain them to you in an understandable way, so that you are set on the course of success.

This book provides techniques and courses of action for anyone wishing to become a superhuman leader. I hope you take the time to read through the chapters and integrate the insights you've gained into your day-to-day affairs.

All you need is a willingness to learn, implement the ideas and a small dose of patience for things to get rolling in your favor.

I’ve read quite a few books on leadership - usually there are at least a few things that you can pull of use from any book, though the overall usefulness varies quite a bit. This book though is by far and away the best I’ve read on the topic - page after page is packed with useful tips on everything from how to handle one on ones and reviews to the value of diversity and promoting those that may be under-represented to how to drive your team to new heights.

On time delivery. Great physical condition, just as the seller said. It is a great read. What every citizen should read, and internalize. Why? It’s your country. It’s your leadership. It’s not about some people, somewhere. No. It’s your country. Leadership isn’t about some bit of history, who did what, when. Leadership understanding is about human nature, the capacity to hold together disparate prices of society. It is an everyday job. It is a job that requires, what? is The answer is clear. History is not about ‘then’. It is being written every day, when people wake up. People write the history their children will read. Are people credible authors? Are they doing the right thing, for their day, and for their children’s day? Leadership means something. Sit down at the table, and talk about what leadership means. Put the phone away, hide it, turn it off, and sit and talk. The news of one’s life starts with people talking to each other, and listening to each other.

I have begun listening to the Audible version today after waiting so long since finishing Extreme Ownership. It is rare for an audio book to be so well delivered by the authors, but these guys nail it! Getting into the details of the dichotomy is going to be so helpful for me as a classroom teacher because every day is about careful balance, I recommend Extreme Ownership to anyone who asks, and so far this sounds like it's going to be right up there. I will update my review when I receive and finish my printed copy.
