David Eimer is the author of the critically acclaimed The Emperor Far Away: Travels at the Edge of China.

A former China correspondent for the Sunday Telegraph, Eimer was the Southeast Asia correspondent for the Daily Telegraph between 2012 and 2014. He is currently based in Bangkok.

Tienlon Ho is an award-winning writer focused on food and culture.

Shawn Low

Shawn Low grew up in tropical Singapore before moving to Melbourne, Australia. There he spent a few years working for Lonely Planet writing, editing and commissioning travel content. When not writing, Shawn can be found hosting travel videos. More recently, he co-founded a London- based travel tech start-up, Firef.ly, and he currently heads up the content and social team at Green Hat, a marketing agency in Melbourne.
