Love Matters begins with the physical dimension, progresses through the interrelational, and moves to the spiritual. If we wish to be at our best, we must address all the levels of our being. Physically, we need to be on track with our output, input, and the subtler task of maintaining the five elements that make up our body. Mentally, we should imbibe what pushes our mind in the direction we wish to travel. Emotionally, we need to connect with people in an honest and life-affirming manner. Spiritually, we must keep centring ourselves through silence, meditation, contact with nature, and everything that recalibrates and elevates our consciousness. In the broadest sense, what isn't spiritual? Everything in life is spiritual because everything impacts our state of being and our effect on others. The health of our body, emotions, mind, and spirit depends on our understanding life as it is energetically designed to be. If you fight life's essential nature, you are fighting yourself. You will lose. We want to win, for everyone's sake.
