I am a retired Educator from the Charleston County School District having served in various capacities from teacher, Social Studies Department Chair, Presenter, and Teacher Coach. In addition, a native of Charleston and the only child of Rev. Benjamin Ezekiel and Queen Elizabeth Hamilton, I am involved in my community (public service) via work in my Church, our Neighborhood Association and public service Sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Some of my involvement includes appointment to the West Ashley Revitalization Commission, Charleston Neighborhood Commission, member of the Old Town Task Force, and Board member of Charleston Redevelopment Corporation. For the past ten years I have been researching the history of the Town of Maryville, 1886-1936. I enjoy reading and travel. Book jacket.
