There are three sections of this journal: I Matter, Glows, and Grows. These sections can be used daily or as needed. Additionally, empowering and motivational quotes from fellow educators are featured throughout the journal. Consider using these quotes as mantras and reminders as you continue on the guided path of the journal. As educators, we commonly take pride in pouring into our classrooms and beyond.
