Awesome book, great delivery service thank you

This book is great. I eagerly ordered a pre order in February as I follow the Facebook page of My Smoko Break, and expected to have my book shortly after it was officially released. Hayley's easy style is evident in her book just as online. 5 stars for the book.

My problem is with A&R and if I could give a rating on the service it is a 0. As I have said I did a preorder. However weeks after it was available at all bookstores and department stores I rang A&R as my order was still showing as "processing". After a delay, I was advised that it had been sent just that morning and when I advised that I didn't have any notification email of dispatch and the online system still said pending the lady advised that I would have my email shortly. The email came through very late that afternoon.
To me it appears that it was only as I chased the order that it was dispatched. If I had known that I would have been able to get the book quicker and cheaper by going to my local target or kmart or bookshop I would have instead of doing a preorder and having A&R take my money and sending me nothing until I chased it up. Not impressed A&R

Love the book. Beautiful recipes, very handy hints and tips.
