You might think I'm being dramatic by saying that the abusive relationship you are in with this person with narcissistic personality disorder is killing you but it's true at least emotionally. You are best off salvaging what it left of your self-esteem, packing your bags and NEVER looking back like I did.




This book, while it cannot provide an official diagnosis, can take your hand and assist you towards a path to healing. You will feel that your personality will start to erode. Do not just jump to conclusions and make hasty decisions. Once you are equipped with the knowledge, you will better know what you need to do.




You don't have to suffer in an emotionally abusive relationship anymore. You can get out and reinvent your life. In fact, you can go on to have a healthy relationship after abuse, and the exercises in this book will help you do just that.
