pain, love, & purpose
it's the pain that leads the way
to the wisdom deep inside
it cracks your heart wide open
gives you nowhere else to hide
and from that depth of feeling
we remember our own hearts
when we're on the path to love
sometimes pain is where it starts
from my pain i found my purpose
