Solutions to Coastal Disasters: Tsunamis 2008 contains 24 papers presented at the conference held from April 13-16, 2008 in Turtle Bay, Oahu, Hawaii. The papers discuss the most current research on tsunamis, including planning and preparedness, field/experimental studies and building design, numerical modeling, tsunami deposits, risk assessment and mitigation.
