Compendiums of short stories tend to come and go and due to their hit and miss nature they can be a risky gamble of a read. Not in this case! These short stories are crisp, page-turning gems, each eliciting a different emotion or creating a new world but always with the deft authorship that leaves you wanting more rather than wishing a story would wind up. Stories range from the surreal, the tragic, the suspenseful and the humorous but always an engaging read. A gem worth delving into again and again!
