Bev Aisbett

Bev Aisbett is an author, illustrator, cartoonist and counsellor. She has had over 10 books published, most notably the national bestsellers Living with it: A Survivor's Guide to Panic Attacks and Taming The Black Dog: A Guide to Overcoming Depression.

Over the last 15 years, Bev's freelance illustrations and cartoons have appeared in the major press and numerous community and corporate publications. An experienced counsellor, Bev has designed a unique recovery program designed to educate people about anxiety and provide them with the tools with which to build their own recovery, just as Bev herself has done.
