When not immersed in children's books, Suzanne Chiew loves painting, playing the piano and long walks on the beach. Rosie was born in the North of England where she grew up dreaming of illustrating children's books.

She completed a BA Hons in illustration in 2011 and now spends happy days covered in watercolours and pastels. She lives with her husband and young daughter in East Yorkshire.
