These dire times in which we live, set us up for many challenges. Often, they are difficult, but it also gives rise to many opportunities.

I have had more time lately to reflect on the problems of the world, my own life, important life questions and why I am challenged with many personal issues. I have also been pondering about where I come from and what my ancient roots might be.

This book helps me tremendously with all these things, because it not only describes ancient civilisations, their spiritual inclinations, the mystical Solstices and Equinoxes and how it connects to our modern day, but it also helps profoundly with the life questions that I have been reflecting on.

Just like the ancients, we can do something real about our challenges and change our lives for the better. And this book has given me so much more. I had a deep and real experience, while I performed a ceremony from this book, during the last Equinox. Written words are just words, but when I did a ceremony, and there are plentiful amazing ones from cultures all over the world in the book, the words came to life!

It was a beautiful experience in which ancient truths came to me and let me understand my place in reality and gave me a deeper understanding who I am and who I am not.

This book offers page after page of incredible ancient knowledge and helps with important life questions. It also gives me a sense of wonder to connect to my own ancient roots.

When I dig deeper in it and have more experiences, this book seems to give me the guidance that matters most in life.
