Bob Byrne has a lifetime of experience in media. He commenced his career in radio over 40 years ago as a music DJ, later turning to talk and current affairs.

As a writer he has covered topics as varied as music, food, travel and currently writes the popular nostalgia column every Monday in the Adelaide Advertiser.

He runs the very popular Facebook websites ‘Australia Remember When’ and ‘Adelaide Remember When’ both of which became bestselling books.
