    I am not after a bikini body (though that would be nice!) rather wanting to get onto a healthy eating plan. This book is certainly helping us do just that. We are a family of four adults and now into our third week of living this book. It's easy, delicious and flexible and the excerise regime great for all of us at different levels. Highly recommended.
