Advice is given on all aspects of creating an adventure comic strip, from script, characters, lettering, proportions, perspective and roughs to composition and special effects, with one topic per page, illustrated from adventure cartoons. The reader is generally assumed to be a novice, but some pages, for example, on artists' materials, assume some knowledge.
