    I have struggled previously to lose weight but have found this book life changing . I now eat healthy fats low carb veggies and proteins that I find very satisfying as part of my diet in contrast to low fat high carb foods which left me wanting more and more of these foods which negatively affected my weight and general being I have also increased my exercise level which has been made easier because I am less tired on the low carb diet. I am concerned about the obesity epidemic especially for children many facing a bleak future with chronic diseases. I think there is far too many high carb foods in the current Australian Dietary guidelines and urgent review and changes are indicated. I highly recommend this book

    Was a bit disappointing after their Total Wellbeing Book. Thought it was a lot more practical especially for families. If you live in any remote area some of the ingredients you will have no chance of getting.

  • These recipes work

    This book works for me. I love the low carb recipes full of surprising ingredients and combinations but always full of flavour and so tempting on the plate. While some of the recipes seem exotic or complex they are not and are so easy to prepare. These recies would not be out of place in the most modern of today's healthy restaurants.
