Three year old Jessica was feeling tired all of the time. A visit to the doctor revealed that something was terribly wrong. Jessica listened intently as the doctor spoke the words diagnosis and Leukemia. Over the next three years of receiving chemotherapy, Jessica experienced many things, some of which were very difficult. However, there were some things that brought her joy such as, fun hats and an end of treatment party. But, the knowledge that God was always there with her and her mommy was, without a doubt, the thing that she had always carried with her as her life moved on beyond Leukemia.
