Modeled after the rhythm of Clement Moore's "The Night Before Christmas", "The First Night of Christmas" tells the story of the birth of Christ. This portrayal is meant to be an interpretation through a child's eyes. This book is a modern, but simplistic view, that still embodies the joy that our Savior brought to this earth. Photo illustrations of the 'real' world are combined with the imagery of the make-believe in watercolor. The same way a child's imagination co-exists within the real world. Parents should never forget the child-like faith and belief that God can do anything.
