Not bad at all, although I feel like some authors of these recipe books really over complicate things. With FODMAP as there isn't that many recipes out there yet, we really just need simple recipes or versions of classics, or a guide on swaps that are fodmap free. We don't want to be going to gourmet food stores every time we want to make a meal. But otherwise it's very creative and the book in beautiful.
