Y., the delegates putting up at one of tlcc principal hotels, and during their stay wished to visit the Whirlpool and Whirlpool Rapids on the American side; to their astonishment, when they wished to be driven to those places, the hackmen connected with the hotel refused to take them, and they were compelled to employ other hackmen to drive them where they desned to go.
