Dear Reader, It took me years to finally grasp the concept, idea and knowledge that forgiveness is only for the person doing the forgiving. It took years of heartache and millions of tears to understand that forgiveness has nothing to do with the person or circumstance that hurt you so much. Forgiveness is a feeling, and it is a feeling that you get to have. It is a feeling inside of you, and when you achieve it, your entire body feels a freedom, a space that is now void of hatred and full of love. After an attack in my own home, I was left in a tangled web of resentment, fear and post-traumatic stress that shadowed every moment of my life for the years that followed. Over time I learned how to let go of my hatred and transform my experiences into the exact fuel I needed to achieve the joy, happiness, peace and success I so very much craved. My mission is to open your mind and influence change, so you can use your thoughts and emotions to better serve you. I will explain what you have been told about your experiences and how they can affect your life in a much more meaningful way. My intention is to open your eyes and teach you how to use the power of the energy behind your emotions as the fuel and inspiration to transform any experience you've had in your lifetime, into something that serves you, and ultimately leads you to forgive.
