What fueled the ministry of Jesus? According to the Gospel of John, Jesus had a tank full of two things: truth and grace. A cursory study of the life of Christ reveals a distinct pattern of spoken truth followed by displayed grace. Everywhere He went, everyone He touched heard truth and felt grace. Jesus fulfilled His purpose, because truth and grace permeated who He was. If we are to continue the ministry Jesus started, we, too, must find truth and grace at our core.
