"For far too long this country has allowed itself to become swamped with foreign food. Britons raised on bread and dripping, Scotch eggs and trifle built the greatest Empire the world has ever known but now the EU forces us to eat Danish pastries and pizza. This must stop. To put the Great back into Britain we must regain our culinary sovereignty. That's what this cookbook is all about. So, come on. Eat your pie with pride and tell Brussels they can keep their sprouts. They're just not British." Nigel Sewage Also from Blakewill & Harris Wanksy: Interpreting A Graffiti Virtuoso (published by Summersdale) "Well-aimed satire...deserves a spot on your Christmas wish list."
