Finn Connors, an ambitious and highly successful London antiquities dealer, makes a chance discovery - that everywhere David Mountjoy, an eccentric astrologer and specialist in Egyptian religion, recreates an ancient temple ritual, the ground yields a spectacular archaeological find.
