In this sequel to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Alice is back from her adventures in Wonderland, playing with her kittens in her room--but not for long.

Slipping through the looking glass, she meets another wild collection of fantasy characters, including the Red and White queens, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, and Humpty Dumpty, and is confounded by the nonsense of the looking-glass world and poems like "Jabberwocky" and "The Walrus and the Carpenter."
