Kurt Busiek

Kurt Busiek was born in Boston, MA. He began writing comics professionally in 1982, selling stories to both DC and Marvel Comics in the same month, both of which appeared the same day.

Since then, he's written series and characters ranging from Mickey Mouse to Vampirella, including Aquaman, Spider-Man, Conan, Iron Man, the Avengers and more.

He is best known for the Marvels series and for his co-creation ASTRO CITY, both of which have garnered numerous industry awards. He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Ann, and his two daughters.

He spends far too much time on the Internet.

Peter David

Peter David is a long-standing and highly respected comics and science-fiction writer, with over two decades of experience. He wrote The Incredible Hulk for twelve years, is the author of novel: The Incredible Hulk: What Savage Beast, and co-edited the short story collection The Ultimate Hulk. David has also worked on such titles as Supergirl, Star Trek, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Aquaman and many others. David lives in New York.

George Perez

George Pérez was born in 1954 in the Bronx, New York. Pérez is one of the most influential comic artists of the 1970s and 1980s. Known for penciling the Avengers, Pérez also worked on other popular Marvel comics series such as Fantastic Four and The Inhumans.

He won several Eagle Awards for his work on the Avengers. Though he passed away in 2022, he is remembered for his lifetime achievement in the world of comics.
