Trouble at Sea is an innovative, informative and amusing introduction to terrible things that happen at sea, from the first and only voyage of the ill-fated RMS Titanic to the pilgrims blown dangerously off course in their quest for the colonies in America. Fascinating and bizarre facts are supported by simple explanations and diagrams. Humorous illustrations and step-by-step guides and instructions take the reader through the who, how, why, where and what of each epic journey. Informative captions, a comprehensive glossary and an index make this title an ideal and fun introduction to the conventions of non-fiction texts.
