Corporatations use pie graphs to group minorities into homogenous buckets for reporting purposes. Why? Because pie graphs are "easy" to construct and communicate. So what's wrong with pie graphs? The "easy" nature of pie graphs minimizes and dilutes the richness of experiences, culture, education and commercial insights of the individuals within the slices. Companies that understand that the slices of a pie graph are not homogenous will be positioned to optimize Product launches and outperform their competitors. Whether you are an individual or an organization, TRUE DIVERSITY will help you harness the power within the slices and never look at a pie graph the same again. Book jacket.
