Do you ever have tummy aches? Would you eat something on a dare? Turtle Monkey and the Unfriendly Mushrooms begins with a game called "Friendly Mushrooms." Turtle Monkey and her friends meet in the woods. The one who finds the prettiest mushroom yells "Friendly Mushroom." Turtle Monkey wins the game with a blue and white mushroom which she eats Then the friends play hide and seek. Turtle Monkey hides so well her friends can't find her. The Friendly Mushroom backfires. And of course, during the scramble to find Turtle Monkey, Little Ape is always luring in the background.
