"Vogue Fashion" takes a fresh look at fashion history from 1900 to today, celebrating the most significant designers, developments and movements of each decade, which all contribute to fashion as we know it. Starting from the time when Parisian haute couture houses led the way, former Vogue writer Linda Watson chronicles influences from the arrival of the flapper to modern trends to plunder the past as well as cross-blend disciplines. The A-Z section highlights over 250 of the greatest designers of the last century and the new one - men and women who have inspired, created and altered the course of fashion. Illustrated with inspirational images from the Vogue archives, "Vogue Fashion" features the work of iconic photographers, including Cecil Beaton, Norman Parkinson, Nick Knight, David Bailey and Mario Testino, all of whom have helped to immortalize "Vogue's" seminal fashion 'moments'.
