For the first time, volume three--THE NEW APOCALYPSE--will feature ALL-NEW stories by some of the most acclaimed authors today, including New York Times bestsellers Veronica Roth (Divergent), Richard Kadrey (Devil Said Bang), Scott Sigler (Alive), Seanan McGuire (The Winter Long), Tananarive Due (The Good House), and many more!

Continuing the tradition that made the earlier volumes definitive, this collection also will feature reprints of the best post-apocalyptic works of recent times. Veronica Roth

Veronica Roth graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in creative writing. While she was a student, she often chose to work on the story that would become Divergent instead of doing her homework.

It was indeed a transforming choice. Now a full-time writer, Ms Roth lives near Chicago. The third and final book in The Divergent Trilogy, ALLEGIANT, will come out on October 22, 2013.

In the meantime she will spend endless hours browsing Wikipedia in her pajamas as she eats corn flakes.

Hugh Howey

Hugh Howey spent eight years living on boats and working as a yacht captain for the rich and famous. It wasn't until the love of his life carried him away from these vagabond ways that he began to pursue literary adventures, rather than literal ones.

Hugh wrote and self-published the Wool trilogy, which won rave reviews and praise from readers, and whose three books have gone on to become international bestsellers. He lives in Jupiter, Florida, with his wife Amber and their dog Bella.

Jonathan Maberry

Jonathan Maberry is a New York Times bestselling author, multiple Bram Stoker Award winner, and Marvel Comics writer. He’s the author of many novels, including Assassin’s Code, Dead of Night, Patient Zero, and Rot & Ruin.

His nonfiction books cover topics ranging from martial arts to zombie pop-culture. Jonathan continues to teach the celebrated Experimental Writing for Teens class, which he created.

He founded the Writers Coffeehouse and cofounded The Liars Club, and he is a frequent speaker at schools and libraries, as well as a keynote speaker and guest of honor at major writers’ and genre conferences. Jonathan lives in Del Mar, California, with his wife, Sara, and their son, Sam

John Joseph Adams

John Joseph Adams is an American science fiction and fantasy editor and critic. His anthology The Living Dead was nominated for a World Fantasy Award and was named one of the "Best Books of the Year" by Publishers Weekly. Barnes & Noble.com labeled Adams "The Reigning King of the Anthology World." He was a finalist for the 2011 Hugo Award for Best Professional Editor, Short Form, and his magazine Lightspeed Magazine was a finalist for Best Semiprozine.
