Gerry Conway

Gerry Conway began his professional comic book career in 1969, when DC Comics published his first work in its anthology The House of Secrets. He went on to co-create the characters Firestorm, the Nuclear Man, Vixen and Killer Croc for DC. Conway also worked for Marvel Comics, where he notably wrote "The Night Gwen Stacy Died" in The Amazing Spider-Man #121, as well as serving briefly as that company's editor-in-chief. His numerous writing credits include the first DC/Marvel crossover, Superman vs. Spider-Man.

In addition to comics, Conway has published the science fiction novels The Midnight Dancers and Mindship. He has also written for and/or produced such TV series as Hercules- The Legendary Journeys, Baywatch Nights, Silk Stalkings, Law & Order, Law & Order- Criminal Intent, The Huntress and Batman- The Animated Series.

Len Wein

Len Wein co-created Swamp Thing early in a writing career that has included work on every major hero and villain at both DC Comics and Marvel Comics.

As a writer, Wein is also credited with co-creating Wolverine for Marvel and Lucius Fox for DC. Wein was one of the editors on Watchmen, and has also been Editor-in-Chief at both Marvel Comics and Disney Comics before settling in to a successful career writing comic books and animation. He died in 2017 at the age of 69.

Geoff Johns

Geoff Johns is Chief Creative Officer of DC Entertainment. He has written highly acclaimed stories starring Superman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Teen Titans and The Justice Society of America.

He is the author of the New York Times bestselling graphic novels Green Lantern: Rage of the Red Lanterns, Green Lantern: Sinestro Corps War, Justice Society of America: Thy Kingdom Come and Superman: Brainiac, and is the author of DC Comics' biggest, most recent events, Blackest Night and Brightest Day.

Johns has also written episodes of the TV series Smallville and Robot Chicken. He is writing the story of the DC Universe Online massively multiplayer action game from Sony Online Entertainment LLC.

Greg Rucka

Greg Rucka is a novelist whose work on Batman brought fresh attention to the character and to the inhabitants of Gotham City. He won the Eisner Award for Best Story with GOTHAM CENTRAL's "Half a Life."

His other DC credits include ACTION COMICS, ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN, WONDER WOMAN, the new Batwoman adventures in DETECTIVE COMICS and SUPERMAN- WORLD OF NEW KRYPTON.

He was one of the co-writers of DC's weekly series 52. As a novelist, Rucka has nearly a dozen books to his credit, including the recent Walking Dead (Bantam).

Tim Seeley

Tim Seeley is one of those “slash” people…a writer-slash-artist. He has drawn a number of different comic book series including G.I Joe, Halloween, WildC.A.T.s and Ex Sanguine.

His writing work includes the New York Times best-selling Hack/Slash, Witchblade, Batman Eternal and the critically acclaimed Revival. He resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wife, Gina.

He works at our Star Studios where he is never far from his 80s action figure collection. The author lives in Chicago, IL..

Tony S. Daniel

Tony S. Daniel decided to be a comics artist in the eighth grade, and he hasn't looked back since. After making his professional debut in 1993 on Comico's The Elementals, he has contributed to Marvel's X-Force and Image's Spawn: Bloodfeud as well as writing and illustrating his own titles Silke, The Tenth and F5, which led him into work in Hollywood. After being lured back into comics to work with writer Geoff Johns on Teen Titans, Daniel went on to draw The Flash before landing his dream job pencilling Batman. The Batcave is, he reports, surprisingly cozy.
