Delivery Information




Standard shipping is $7.50 per order.

Express shipping is $14.95 per order.

Free standard shipping applies to orders $60 and over.



We use the Australia Post eParcel service to send your item directly from our Sydney warehouse in almost all cases.
You will receive a tracking link via email when your item has been sent. For trackable items we also provide additional updates via text message if you have provided your number.
Items that ship to you directly from a supplier have no tracking available.



You will be able to select Express Shipping in checkout if all items in your cart are listed as 'In-stock 2-4 Days'.
Your items will be despatched from our Sydney warehouse on the next business day after placing your order.
Express Post parcels are usually delivered to major metropolitan cities within 1-2 business days, with regional areas (including Perth and NT) taking additional time.
All Express Post items are trackable and you will receive a tracking link via email when your item has been sent.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed overnight delivery service.



We only deliver within Australia at this time.  You can still place an order for delivery within Australia from an overseas location.  Simply select billing address "Same as delivery address" to place your order.



Items with different delivery expectations may be shipped separately at no cost to you. Items marked as 'In stock 2-4 Days' will ship as soon as possible, and items with longer delivery times may be consolidated before shipping.
All items sent from our Sydney warehouse are trackable and you when your order is despatched you will receive an email with the tracking link. DVD's, games and music products are sent directly from the supplier and are not trackable.



We show the estimated delivery time on each product page and in the checkout. Our delivery time is based upon the delivery address being in an Eastern capital city and deliveries to regional areas and Western states generally take longer.
If we are informed of a delay we will update you prior to your order being shipped. If the delay is not suitable to you, or you have changed your mind about your order, then you are able to cancel your order at no cost to yourself, as long as the products have not already left our warehouse.

Books with these shipping timeframes are in-stock at our worldwide suppliers and are sent to our warehouse where we inspect them to ensure they are in perfect condition and then ship them to you via a trackable service.

These rarer items are generally harder to obtain and are not in-stock with our suppliers however they can be back-ordered.  Occasionally we may not be able to procure these items and  in such instances you will be notified via email.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped at the stated release date or shortly after.  Books that are on order from the US or UK may only ship to us upon release date in that country.   Please allow 2 weeks after publication for those titles to leave our Sydney warehouse.

Items that show 'Notify Me' are out-of-stock with our suppliers, however you can elect to be alerted when these items come back in-stock by clicking on 'Notify Me'.


Instant Download
(Digital eBooks)
eBooks are supplied by our eBook partner Kobo and appear in your Kobo account instantly.


Electronic Gift Cards
(Digital products)

Electronic Gift Cards are sent instantly to any email address you nominate.   Delivery can be delayed by up to three months if desired by using the calendar function for each gift card during the order process.




We use Australia Post to deliver all orders shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
Tracked parcels will show an estimated delivery date when viewed on the Australia Post website. If your parcel is more than 3 business days past the date listed on the Australia Post tracking website then please contact us. If your parcel is not trackable, please allow 7 business days from your shipping email before contacting us.

If you have not received a shipping email from us then your order may be delayed, particularly when we are sourcing the product from an overseas supplier.  Please contact us if your delivery time frame has passed and you have not received your shipping notification.
