Today, the measurably descriptive knowledge of imperial civilization is too narrow, that is, whatever instrument is invented, it will have to be based on either a measurable description of some 1-body systems, note that, the loops and nodes of an electric-circuit is a 1-body system, or a variation on an existing instrument, because that is all that the inertially-based measurably descriptive context can be used to measurably describe,
but knowledge about measurable descriptions need to be expanded, and the best way to do this is to use the set of stable parallelizable energetic-coordinate-structures of the hyperbolic metric-spaces, where the hyperbolic metric-space properties have been badly interpreted in the imperial institutions about physics and math,
these new ideas about the new contexts, and new interpretations of the set of parallelizable energetic-coordinate-structures emerge from the derivation of the "mass equals energy" formula, and from E Noether's displacement symmetries, and the measuring of energetic-values, along circular-coordinate-curves of the energetic-coordinate-structures, is a property implied by Planck's energy-formula, E = h/T, and
these newly interpreted math patterns, and their new math contexts, allow for new ways to both interpret, and expand the range of measurable descriptions of stable physical systems, eg to include regionally-unified measurable descriptions of stable nuclei; based on system-component occupation of stable energetic-coordinate-structures, as well as a regionally-unified energetic-coordinate-model of the stable solar-system, wherein the masses of the planets are not zero,
the uncertainty principle is re-interpreted to be about measuring free inertial-components in the two separate metric-spaces of geometric-metric-spaces and energetic-hyperbolic metric-spaces,, so it is no longer relevant to each separate and independent metric-spaces, though the two metric-spaces can be simultaneous, so inertial-interaction properties can be about internal system-component inertial-interactions, but stable system-component-occupation within energetic-coordinate-structures is the norm, and the context of inertial-interactions is either fleeting and dissipative, or mildly perturbing in its influence, there is also an idea about how to pull energy from the energetic-coordinate-structure of the solar-system, so as to have a new clean cheap source of energy,
but such ideas cannot be envisioned within the geometric inertial context of the solar-system, whose stable properties cannot be measurably described in the inertial-geometric type coordinate-structures,
or in any type of
either random context, whose (non-commutative) math structures, are not defined in any valid math context, ie quantum-physics,
or in regard to an external inertial-energy-functions, being the cause for a stable system's coordinate-structure, ie general relativity,
or particle-physics having anything to do with anything, which is different from nuclear bomb-engineering,
the imperial institutional knowledge is mired, by the institutions of the ruling-class, who want to maintian their own big investment structures,
peer-review is about maintaining a fixed dogma, whose knowledge is being organized, within society so as to only support the ruling-class
as it is, science and math only have a position moral outrage to help the public, since their knowledge is not capable of providing any type of invention, which can help the public,
