This book on the FBI is a personal story supplement to the book, Crimes of the FBI-DOJ, and the Mafia. It is the story of a highly decorated Vietnam helicopter pilot, an FBI agent in the New York area, Richard Taus, who discovered major areas of criminal misconduct in government offices. His attempts to report these matters resulted in sham criminal charges filed against him by federal and New York State prosecutors, which kept the public from learning of discoveries that would result in several catastrophic events resulting in thousands of deaths, great harm to national security, and an endless series of harmful consequences for the people of the United States and in several foreign countries. Taus is now languishing in a New York prison where he might die, while his mother is near death, the consequences of trying to protect major national interests.

Sampling of issues detailed and documented in that book:

• Details of heroic actions by the highly decorated helicopter pilot, Richard Taus, during his several tours in the Vietnam War. His many heroic flights to rescue wounded GIs while under heavy enemy fire.

• His unusual adoption of a Vietnamese orphan in between tours in Vietnam.

• His post-military covert actions followed by becoming a special agent in the FBI.

• His discovery of misconduct by covert CIA personnel that help arm Iraq in preparation for Iraq's invasion of Kuwait.

• Obstacles to his reporting of criminal activities by high-level FBI personnel, including his immediate supervisor.

• Difficulty of working under his FBI supervisor who was involved in serial murders with a New York City Mafia capo known as The Killing Machine.

• His attempts to circumvent the cover-up of criminal activities by reporting the matters to members of Congress, who then continued the cover-ups.

• Subsequent false charges filed by high-level Department of Justice officials against the war hero to silence his reporting of FBI misconduct.

• New York state prosecutors joining in the attacks, with additional false charges.

• The major harm subsequently inflicted upon the United States that could have been avoided were it not for the cover-up of the internal FBI corruption and the criminal misuse of government facilities against someone patriotically seeking to protect national interests.

• The sad ending to this highly decorated war hero who risked his life to save wounded GIs, as he languishes in prison from the false charges.
