Ever think that you will never get off to sleep ? I often lay there think, I will never go off to sleep, not realizing, that the more I think, the less chance sleep will come. I wondered about counting sheep and I wondered if farmers fell asleep while counting their sheep. Then I wondered if humans count sheep to sleep , what then do sleep count, to get off to sleep. Do sheep sleep? I'm sure they must.So to help me sleep I wrote this book. It's a book about sheep.
