Jah'me wants nothing more than to erase his past memories of being a drug kingpin. After turning a new leaf, he moves his family to Cape Town South Africa to raise his twin boys to be productive citizens. Jaylen is a star football athlete, and Jah'mille loves the streets just as much as his father did. After the death of PJ, one of their father's best friends, the family flies over to the States to attend the funeral. While there, Jah'mille realizes that he can take over the city of Norfolk with his team of African killers. Unaware of his father's true identity in the streets, he begins to wreak havoc on the city his father still supplies.
