Who may call on the name of the Lord? Is it a minister of God, a child of God or any person who desires to hear the Lord's voice? The truth is that there are people who though ascribe to the Lord, do not aspire to hear the Lord's voice but need what the Lord can give to them. When a person calls on the name of the Lord, he becomes connected to God and will start on a journey of knowledge because it is God's desire that every child of God understands how to live in accordance to His will.
