He certainly didn’t think so, but after she nearly knocked me out with a door, I was pretty sure she might be ready to try again. The problem was, he thought he still stood a chance with her too.

CORI:

I was done with men! My last date literally stood lip-locked with his ex-girlfriend while I looked on. It went on so long that his roommate had to come to my rescue and take me home. He was just another in the short, 3-person list of my horrible dating history.

I would simply stop dating until college was over with. Maybe then the men I met would be grown up enough to handle the real deal. If only Aiden would stop looking at me like that, maybe I could keep that promise to myself!
