Frank "Bullet" Marasco is nearing retirement, but he is still the meanest undercover cop in LA. Whether he's fighting bad guys, or MMA style fights, he's always the toughest guy around and the first to use his fists or gun. After another undercover drug bust, Bullet comes up against the local drug baron Carlito Kane, whose son is hours from execution, having been put away by Bullet several years prior. Carlito Kane has a master plan to get his son Manuel off death row and it involves a double kidnapping to create leverage. Simultaneously Carlito Kane kidnaps the Governor's daughter and Frank's grandson Mario with hopes to get a pardon from the Governor by forcing Bullet to rescind his testimony that put Manuel Kane behind bars and on death row.

This is when Bullet takes the law into his own hands and no one will stop his relentless pursuit for revenge.
