In the aftermath of a sexual-harassment scandal at Galweather and Stern, Marty Kaan (Don cheadle) and his fellow Pod members adjust to a new corporate culture and a new interim CEO. The situation eventually gets so bad for Marty that he considers jumping ship and starting his own firm. And things are not any better in his personal life. His son (Donis Leonard Jr) is now living with his ex-wife (Dawn Olivieri) and he struggles with his feelings for Jeannie (Kristen Bell) after a drunken night together. Unfortunately, neither of them can remember what, if anything, happened between them. Meanwhile, Jeannie gets an unexpected promotion to Engagement Manager and then Matt Damon hires the firm to find a charity that will enhance his image. But, of course, even that doesn't go quite as planned.
