After the introduction, Claire is situated in a Scottish Castle in 1743.
What perils are there to survive, for a man, for a woman? Mild violence and romantic tensions, historically accurate how our ancestors were getting thru life.
Wonderful to see their medicinal knowledge of herbs and potions compared with what Nurse Claire knows. Fantastic story, lovely entertainment
