OUR RELATIONS: Unbeknownst to Stanley and Oliver, their long-lost twin brothers, sailors Alfie and Bert are in town on shore leave carrying a valuable pearl ring entrusted to them by their ship's captain. All four get involved in multiple cases of mistaken identity as a gang of hoodlums try to steal the ring, Stanley and Oliver wind up with their feet in cement, about to be dumped into the harbour.
PARDON US: Bootlegging partners Stan and Ollie are arrested and put in jail, where they insult both the warden (Wilfred Lucas) and their tough cellmate, Tiger (Walter Long). After failing at prison school, Stan and Ollie meekly join Tiger and his tough cohorts in an escape attempt and are the only ones to get away. Hiding out disguised as field workers, the friends almost succeed in their getaway--until the warden's car breaks down right in front of them.
SONS OF THE DESERT: Stanley and Ollie want to attend the yearly convention of the Sons of the Desert, a fraternal group to which they belong. When Ollie's wife, Lollie (Mae Busch), objects, he feigns sickness and Stanley gets a doctor to prescribe a fake trip to Hawaii. After Stanley and Ollie revel with the Sons of the Desert, they return home to find out the ship they were supposedly on has sunk in a typhoon and they're forced to cover their tracks.
WAY OUT WEST: A prospector enlists Stan and Ollie to deliver the deed to a goldmine to his daughter Mary (Rosina Lawrence) in Brushwood Gulch. When they arrive in the small village and enter the local saloon, Mary's sinister guardian (Sharon Lynne) pretends to be Mary, thus fooling the hapless duo into handing over the deed. Upon meeting the real Mary, the pair realises their mistake and set about getting the deed into the rightful owner's hands.
